Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience supporting financial reporting or public company environments
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail in financial data and disclosures

Nice To Haves

  • CPA certification
  • Experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
  • Experience with Workiva platform
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards

Responsibilities

  • help lead the preparation of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports, drafting financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures while partnering closely with finance, legal, and operations teams
  • support monthly and quarterly close activities through journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
  • conduct technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, and document conclusions clearly and thoroughly
  • help maintain SOX compliance, strengthen internal controls over financial reporting, and support both internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries
