About The Position

Essilor/Luxottica is seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in lease accounting for a temporary assignment supporting Shared Services. The work concerns IFRS 16 accounting guidelines and/or lease abstraction. The assignment is intended to last 2–3 months while a full-time employee is sought, but may extend up to 6 months. The company is open to converting the assignment to a temp-to-perm arrangement if it finds the right candidate. The role is based at 13555 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas. Requirements

Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting guidelines and/or lease abstraction experience.
Undergraduate degree in accounting or higher.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and multitask.
Detail-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Three to five or more years of experience preferred; the experience requirement may be flexible for candidates with specialized lease abstraction experience over a shorter period in a comparable industry.
