About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking an Sr. Accountant - AR for one of our clients. This role is for a global leader in business and technology services. The position is a contract role located in Aliso Viejo, CA, requiring 5 days a week in the office.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Significant experience in accounts receivable and revenue accounting.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Advanced understanding of accounts receivable processes and revenue-related transactions.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
• Strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to meet firm deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Discretion and integrity, safeguarding confidential and sensitive financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
