The Sr. Account Manager is a critical client-facing leadership role within Prodege’s Insights organization, responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding strategic client relationships. This individual serves as a trusted extension of the Director, Account Management—leading executive client relationships, driving commercial growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and mentoring 1–2 Account Managers. Requirements

  • 7+ years in account management / client services / sales leadership in market research
  • Experience managing complex strategic accounts
  • Experience leading executive client conversations, QBRs, and strategic planning
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Strong commercial mindset, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • AI comfort and ability to use to improve and optimize daily work

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Communications, Economics, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with global market research programs, including multi-country studies and international fieldwork execution.
  • Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies, online sampling, survey programming workflows, and full-service research delivery.
  • Experience managing enterprise client relationships within market research agencies, consulting firms, brands, or Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Experience leading or participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic account planning, and executive client presentations.
  • Familiarity with market research platforms, survey tools, or data collection ecosystems (e.g., Decipher/Forsta, Qualtrics, Lucid/Cint, Dynata, PureSpectrum, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Programming, Product, Data Processing, and Client Services teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving client environments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Experience working in a quota-carrying commercial role with forecasting and pipeline management responsibilities.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort engaging senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM / pipeline management tools.
  • Existing relationships within the market research ecosystem considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow assigned strategic client accounts through consultative relationship management
  • Lead QBRs, Strategic Account Plans (SAPs), pipeline reviews, and HubSpot CRM discipline
  • Serve as senior escalation point for client issues and proactively identify risks/opportunities
  • Partner with Ops, Product, Tech, and Delivery teams to ensure strong execution
  • Mentor and support 1–2 Account Managers
  • Consult clients on research design, methodology, and execution
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and business updates
  • Travel regularly for client meetings, QBRs, industry events, and relationship-building
