As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll work with some of our largest and most complex accounts, helping clients manage their risks and achieve their goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience
  • OR High School degree and 10 years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether in writing or in presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to ethical practices and doing what’s right.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly determine critical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of accounts, negotiate service agreements, and deliver tailored solutions that add value.
  • Help secure existing business and grow new opportunities by cultivating trust and driving the sale of additional services.
  • Build and expand relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing to ensure account profitability.
  • Contribute to a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
