The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic manager and quality control lead, ensuring excellence in client service, internal processes, and execution standards across event and tradeshow projects. This role involves proactive oversight of account deliverables, maintaining client satisfaction, and championing internal compliance with company standards and expectations. The Senior Account Manager will act as liaison on specific account projects by coordinating work with all internal departments; proactively facilitating information between design, detailing, estimating, production, client(s) and Account Director(s), and tracking production and deadlines to ensure continued progress of client workflow. This position requires a high level of independent judgment, decision-making authority, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in the tradeshow industry. This position will support our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week.
