About The Position

In this role, you will drive growth and retention within the Insurance Services portfolio by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate across teams to align offerings with client needs. You will analyze market trends, communicate value propositions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in healthcare insurance services or other relevant field required.
  • Must carry an active healthcare insurance license in good standing, with property and casualty included for your resident state.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • Experience with Zywave Agency Management System highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts while driving growth and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, present solutions, and communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings and support client success.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and track sales performance through accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
