This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for driving consistent growth, expansion, and velocity across a defined set of commercial accounts. The Senior Account Executive operates as the primary owner of both new logo acquisition and installed base expansion, ensuring Veeam is deeply embedded as a platform, not a product. Success in this role requires the ability to balance speed with strategy—running efficient sales cycles while identifying and executing repeatable expansion plays across the account base. This includes tight coordination with Renewals to maximize retention, drive upsell, and fully penetrate existing customers.
