This role is responsible for identifying, soliciting, qualifying, targeting, and converting new Group/Meetings & Events business opportunities, with the majority of the business being secured for future years. The Senior Account Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and contracting large Group and Convention programs across all brands on the Resorts World campus in Las Vegas. This position will be expected to cultivate new relationships and manage existing property relationships with current and prospective customers. The Manager will foster internal relationships throughout the property to ensure and maintain open communication. This role will support the achievement of the company’s financial goals, partner with businesses that share similar values, and deliver experiences that build long-term brand loyalty.
