About The Position

The Squash Coordinator provides excellent squash instruction and member service to encourage repeat business while assisting the department to hit its monthly goals. This role offers safe, professional, and comprehensive programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will improve their overall squash game and ensure they remain engaged in the squash program. The coordinator also ensures that all programs follow company SOPs for brand standards and that all squash courts and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition. Additionally, the role assists in recruiting new members into the Life Time squash program and achieves monthly revenue goals by promoting and selling Squash programs, lessons, and exclusive equipment. The Squash Coordinator acts as a Brand Ambassador in the squash community, both internally and externally, by being involved in events, schools, or engaging with their local Squash Racquet Association or non-Life Time members.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience teaching Squash lessons or Squash programming
Squash Level 1 Certified or European Equivalent
CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire
Ability to sit, stand, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
Is a citizen of the US or possesses required credentials to qualify for H-O1 Visa
Current member of US Squash

Nice To Haves

Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

Offer safe, professional, and comprehensive programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will improve their overall squash game and ensure they remain engaged in the squash program while ensuring all programs follow company SOPs for brand standards
Ensures that all squash courts and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
Assist in Recruiting new members into the Life Time squash program
Achieves monthly revenue goals by promoting and selling Squash programs, lessons, exclusive equipment, etc. and ensures repeat business in order to grow their book of business monthly.
Demonstrates and executes a positive and professional image for Life Time squash by being a Brand Ambassador in the squash community internally and externally through involvement when at events, schools or engaging with their local Squash Racquet Association or non-Life Time members
