About The Position

What You'll Be Doing: RFQ Processing Manage RFQs end‑to-end, including activity reporting, part list preparation, drawing identification, drawing naming convention standardization, supplier pricing requests through marketing, costing response review, data consolidation, and coordination of pricing strategy reviews with Sales. Ensure financial accuracy and alignment by validating supplier cost inputs and margin structures prior to submission. Award Processing Process awarded business by updating reports, preparing part lists, requesting and validating supplier pricing, reviewing exceptions with Sales, and finalizing award documentation for National Account Managers. Perform financial variance checks between quoted and awarded pricing to identify risks and margin impacts. Award Implementation Finalize award packages, maintain documentation, and prepare part lists for transition to the Strategic Quote Management Contract Analyst for implementation. Support financial consistency checks during contract setup to ensure pricing integrity. Additional Responsibilities Compile, analyze, and interpret financial datasets critical to Strategic Quote Management decision‑making, including: SQM Design Win Capture Templates SQM Executive Summaries for leadership Won/Lost financial analysis to identify pricing trends, competitive gaps, and strategic improvement areas Support the full contract lifecycle ("cradle to grave") by monitoring financial performance and compliance throughout the contract duration. Assist with contract opportunities globally, providing analytical insights to guide quote strategy, margin targets, and competitiveness. What We Are Looking For: College degree preferred Minimum 1 - 3 years data/database administration experience with experience in the electronics industry preferred. Must be proficient with MS Excel (Concatenations, If Statements, Macro, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups). Must be familiar with MS Access (Query and Table creation). Comfortable working with part numbers and product associated with those part numbers. The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results. Possesses the ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Steady, thoughtful and professional performance and mature under pressure. Effective communicator both orally and in writing. Strong research and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and organization skills. Must be able to make evaluative judgments based on data analysis.
