About The Position

We are seeking a talented SQL Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases to support our pediatric healthcare services. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the integrity and security of our data, as well as collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in SQL development and database management
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Strong understanding of database design and data modeling
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for our pediatric healthcare services
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure data integrity and security
• Work with other departments to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into our data
• Troubleshoot and resolve any database issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in SQL development
• Train and support other team members on SQL and database management best practices
