About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to join our growing team. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our databases, ensuring their performance, security, and integrity. You will work closely with our IT team to design, develop, and implement database solutions that support our business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL and database management, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration
• Knowledge of database security and backup procedures
• Experience with database optimization and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with healthcare data and regulations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
• Develop and maintain database backup and recovery procedures
