Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of production supervisory experience or a minimum of five (5) years of team leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels and departments
• Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
• Detail oriented and excellent documentation skills
• Working knowledge of safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various manufacturing software
• Normal mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.

Nice To Haves

• JIT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
• Continuously walks and stands.
• Frequently performs fine finger movements, grips/grasps, push/pulls, bends/stoops, and lifts and carries parts up to thirty (30) lbs.
