Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
Four years' experience
Proof of motor vehicle liability insurance that meets minimum state requirements upon hire and upon request.
Constant standing.
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
Frequent use of hearing to distinguish body sounds and/or hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent use of vision for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
Frequent walking, reaching, gripping and keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting, squatting, twisting and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

Resuscitation Certification Requirement: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment.
Other resuscitation certifications may be required dependent on department.

Responsibilities
Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Assists with hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
Coordinates delivery of patient care and/or services with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census.
Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed.
Participates in ongoing short and long range planning to help ensure the organization's social services needs are met.
Ensure departmental compliance with federal and state regulations, regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
May operate a specially equipped vehicle to transport residents in a safe manner to their correct destination; ensuring wheelchair lifts and tie down equipment is operated properly.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
