About The Position

Firetrol Protection Systems, founded in 1984, is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. As the Sprinkler Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the sprinkler division within Firetrol Protection Systems.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a managerial role within the fire sprinkler industry
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and installation practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in relevant industry codes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff
• Plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and manage project budgets and financials
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
