About The Position

Skillforce is hiring Commercial Sprinkler Fitters for ongoing project work at a major data center construction site near Louisa, VA. This is steady fire protection work, cutting and running threaded pipe and setting heads on new construction. The role involves installing fire sprinkler and standpipe systems, assembling and hanging pipe to shop drawings, and setting sprinkler heads, fittings, and risers. This is a long-term, ongoing project for a large commercial data center build.

Requirements

• 2 plus years sprinkler or pipefitting
• Able to read sprinkler shop drawings
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• NICET or fire sprinkler experience a plus
