About The Position

Sobieski Life Safety, Inc. of Lancaster, PA is looking to hire a full-time Sprinkler Fitter Installer. The ideal candidate is responsible for installation of sprinkler systems in multi-family and commercial new construction projects per NFPA codes. This fire protection job earns a competitive wage, depending on experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of sprinkler install experience
  • Knowledge in the construction and operation of various sprinkler systems
  • Ability to install and repair fire sprinkler systems, identify major issues in a safe and timely manner
  • Thorough working knowledge of NFPA 13 & 25, electrical codes, OSHA requirements, general work safety procedures, and other applicable regulations
  • Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Graduation from a vocational school and/or apprenticeship preferred
