Requirements

Prior experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade is preferred.
Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to learn and complete spray foam certification or training if not already certified.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation at residential and commercial job sites.
Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools.
Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces before application.
Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application.
Trim, shave, and finish cured foam to meet project specifications.
Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, respirators, and protective gear.
Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on-site.
Keep the work vehicle and job site clean and organized.
