About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Installer to join our insulation team. Previous experience spraying foam is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insulation, construction, or related field.
- Ability to operate spray foam equipment and understand technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surfaces, and ensuring proper ventilation.
- Operate spray foam rigs and related machinery to apply insulation materials.
- Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect surfaces and structures to determine insulation needs and ensure proper adhesion.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and handling chemicals responsibly.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Document completed work and report any issues or inconsistencies.
