About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Spotter to join our team for night shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and monitoring equipment operators, identifying and communicating hazards, and ensuring safety compliance on construction sites. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively during night hours.

Requirements

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of construction industry experience
• Background check required — must pass pre-employment screening
• Must be available for night shift hours
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to communicate clearly with equipment operators and site supervisors

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Spotter on data center, commercial, or industrial construction projects
• Bilingual — English and Spanish fluency
• First Aid / CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Guide and monitor equipment operators during crane operations, material lifts, and vehicle movement on site
• Identify and communicate hazards to operators, crew, and site leadership in real time
• Maintain visual contact with equipment and establish hand signal or radio communication protocols
• Enforce safety compliance per OSHA standards and project-specific safety plans
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks and document observations as required
• Coordinate with the site safety officer and project management team
