About The Position
The production spot welder is responsible for the safe and efficient welding operations as necessary to support the day-to-day manufacture of product in a manner that will meet the company goals for operational safety, quality and schedule within design specifications and the efficient flow of material through the welding process.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in production welding
- Experience in spot welding
- Experience MIG welding
- Pride in the efficiency and quality of your work
- Enjoy process improvement projects
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree in Welding
Responsibilities
- Operate Spot welding equipment to perform welding operations within design specifications.
- MIG weld per design specifications.
- Work safely, follow established safety policies and procedures, report all safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist the team in other areas of production as needed.
- Prompt regular attendance is required.
