About The Position

Specifically we are looking for valet attendants who enjoy working outside, providing exceptional customer service, driving all makes and models of vehicles, making good money over a short period of time, and working in a fun and exciting work environment. As a valet parking attendant, you will perform the following functions: Greet arriving and departing guests. Opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate. Provide claim check and instruct guests on how to reclaim vehicle. Inspect vehicles and accurately mark pre-existing damage on valet tickets. Park guest vehicles in specified areas in a safe and efficient manner. Retrieve customer vehicles from specified areas in a safe and efficient manner. Promote the courteous treatment of customers and resolving guest service issues. Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure efficient, safe and secure operations. Ensure all guests problems are handled quickly to ensure guest satisfaction within the established guidelines. Set high personal standards for performance and encourages others to do the same. Accurate and efficient cash handling; accepts payments, makes change, follows procedures for credit and other payment transactions. Reports tips in accordance with proper procedure. Any and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of driving experience
  • Valid drivers license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Good customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Must project professionalism
  • Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions including wind, rain, cold, snow, heat, etc.
  • Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
  • Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
