About The Position
The Sportsman Server Assistant is responsible for various duties to support the serving staff and ensure a smooth dining experience. This role involves maintaining service standards, assisting servers, and performing side work. The work environment is typically moderately noisy, and the employee must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Compensation is $10.40 per hour. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Services water, bread, butter and start appetizers.
- Maintain coffee service.
- Refill water glasses.
- Change ashtrays.
- Assist servers.
- Observes opening / closing side work duties listed in the restaurant in order to make sure you complete your duties on a daily basis.
- Other duties may be assigned.
