Sportsman Server Assistant
About The Position
The Sportsman Server Assistant is responsible for various duties to support the serving staff and ensure a smooth dining experience. This includes servicing water, bread, butter, and appetizers, maintaining coffee service, refilling water glasses, and changing ashtrays. The role also involves assisting servers and completing opening/closing side work duties as listed in the restaurant to ensure daily tasks are fulfilled. The work environment is typically moderately noisy, and the employee must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.
