About The Position
William Hill U.S., America's leading sports book provider, has immediate openings for a Sportsbook Ticket Writer. This role is the face of the retail operation, responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both regular and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. The Sportsbook Ticket Writer will act as an expert on the menu of sports betting options, advising and answering customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
