About The Position
William Hill, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening at its sports book. This role reports to the District Manager and serves as the face of the retail operation. The Sportsbook Supervisor will provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. The supervisor will also act as an expert on the menu of sports betting options, advising and answering customer questions to help them make informed, responsible decisions with their sports wagering.
