About The Position
Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience for our guests by directly supervising Supervisors in Sportsbook / Off Track Betting and Bingo and indirectly supervising Sportsbook / OTB, and Bingo associates.
Requirements
- Two to three years supervisory/management experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills required
- Superior guest service skills required
- Solid understanding of the pari-mutuel guest's motivations and expectations
- Effective with Microsoft Products
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to provide change without the use of a calculator
- Minimum six months' cash handling experience, preferably in high volume industry
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Sportsbook/OTB/Bingo experience preferred
