About The Position
As a YMCA Lead Sports Instructor, you'll enjoy coaching, refereeing, and overseeing youth sports, making a positive impact, and building meaningful relationships with kids and families in the Sun Prairie community. Your role would involve developing and implementing practice/lesson plans in various sports such as: Football, Basketball, Baseball/T-Ball, Volleyball. You would also officiate youth basketball, football, and volleyball games on the weekend. We are looking for someone to ensure a fun and safe environment for all, foster a sense of community and growth, and contribute to the overall positive experience of youth sports. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- 1-2 years of working with youth, coaching, or leadership experience
- Passion for kids and sports
- High energy
