Coverage of the program’s finances is part of the beat, as well as checking the temperature with boosters and former program standouts. The successful candidate knows how to dig in, isn’t afraid to ask tough questions, and demands answers. This is a year-round beat, and reporting on other CU sports during the football offseason is required.
