About The Position

Good Call Sports is hiring officials for adult recreational leagues across Central Florida. Officials help keep games fair, fun, and consistent with the organization’s fun-first philosophy, supporting competitive play and good sportsmanship. Games are offered in Poinciana (softball), Kissimmee (flag football), Lake Nona (soccer), and St. Cloud (kickball). Pay starts at $25 per game, with increases based on experience. Scheduling is flexible, and officials can pick up games at locations that work for them.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual.
• Have your own transportation.
• Have strong knowledge of the sport or sports being officiated.
• Be able to move around the field quickly and stay attentive to the action.
• Remain calm under pressure and handle confrontation professionally.
• Have a customer-service mindset.
• Be professional and have a good sense of humor.
• Work well with site supervisors and fellow officials.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
