About The Position

Concorde Education is seeking experienced and engaging Sports & Fitness Instructors for potential future independent contractor assignments delivering after-school enrichment programs at partner schools. Programs introduce students to healthy movement, physical fitness, teamwork, and sports fundamentals through structured, age-appropriate activities in a positive learning environment. They aim to promote confidence, sportsmanship, physical literacy, and lifelong healthy habits. Assignments vary by school and may differ in grade level, schedule, duration, enrollment, and program focus. Activities may include introductory team sports, general fitness and conditioning, movement development, cardio games, age-appropriate bodyweight exercises, yoga and stretching, team-building activities, and education about sportsmanship and healthy lifestyles. Instructors deliver organized, engaging instruction while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and appropriately supervised environment consistent with school expectations and Concorde Education program standards. Assignments are typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, primarily after school, and last approximately 8–10 weeks. They are on-site at partner schools or community locations, depending on the assignment. Opportunities have rolling start dates based on school partner schedules. Compensation starts at $50 or more per instructional hour and varies by assignment and relevant factors; details are communicated before assignment acceptance.
