About The Position

The Sports & Entertainment Client Relations Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating relationships with athletes, entertainers, partners, and other key stakeholders of WeShall Sports & Entertainment. This position serves as a central point of contact for assigned client activities and helps ensure that communications, schedules, business initiatives, deliverables, and client needs are managed professionally, accurately, and efficiently. The role requires exceptional relationship-management skills, discretion, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Requirements

• Professional experience in client relations, account management, sports and entertainment, talent management, marketing, business development, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with executives, talent, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with standard business technology, communication platforms, and client-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationship coordination for assigned clients, talent, and stakeholders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, inquiries, schedules, and ongoing activities.
• Coordinate meetings, appearances, events, appointments, and other client-related commitments.
• Support the coordination of brand initiatives, marketing activities, partnerships, sponsorships, and special projects.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members and external partners to facilitate client deliverables and business priorities.
• Track deadlines, commitments, outstanding action items, and client requests to ensure timely follow-through.
• Maintain accurate client records, correspondence, schedules, documentation, and account information.
• Assist with the coordination of client presentations, meetings, events, and other sports and entertainment activities.
• Provide a high level of professional client service and assist with resolving routine client needs and concerns.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client, talent, financial, contractual, and proprietary business information.
• Represent WeShall Sports & Entertainment professionally in interactions with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform additional client-relations, administrative, and operational responsibilities as assigned.
