About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring for an exciting opportunity for a Sports Editor. This role requires experience in football reporting or as a sports medicine editor. The editor will be responsible for researching and reporting on NFL player injuries and recovery updates, editing and fact-checking injury-related articles, monitoring official team updates and media sources, and ensuring content accuracy and reader engagement. Collaboration with writers and editorial teams to meet deadlines is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in NFL or sports journalism, editing, or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of football and injury-related terminology.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

- Background in sports medicine or medical reporting is a plus.
