Our consulting leaders delve deep into market data and leverage diverse experience across sports and entertainment to solve complex problems and develop data-driven plans for new or redeveloped stadiums, arenas, ballparks, amphitheaters, attractions, convention centers, and other public assembly facilities. The Sports Facility Consultant (Analyst) will research, write, and present feasibility studies for clients evaluating the development of sports, entertainment, or attraction facilities, working under the guidance of project managers and senior executives. The role involves various analytical steps, including market, economic, and demographic analysis, industry trend analysis, information gathering through interviews, survey and focus group development, competitive venue analysis, market opportunity examination, financial model development, and economic/fiscal impact analysis, as well as evaluation of funding and return on investment metrics.
