About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Weeknight and weekend availability is a must

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across the complex
- Help set up and tear down for games, tournaments, and events
- Assist with equipment, supplies, and field readiness
- Keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming (trash, restrooms, general upkeep)
- Provide friendly, helpful service to guests, teams, and event partners
- Pitch in with light landscaping (raking, weeding, general beautification)
- Work closely with supervisors and event staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly
