About The Position

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead fun and engaging Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football programs for elementary-aged students throughout Boynton Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for experienced coaches, former athletes, teachers, youth sports instructors, college students, or anyone who enjoys working with children and helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills.

Requirements

• Experience playing or coaching sports is preferred but not required
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Boynton Beach
• Dependable and punctual
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Must successfully complete the required Palm Beach County School District background check and fingerprinting process

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multiple sports is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging sports sessions for elementary students
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
• Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
