About The Position
i9 Sports is looking for energetic and reliable Sports Assistants to help lead our 2026 Multi-Sport Summer Camp at Bunche Elementary School in Midland, TX. This is a great opportunity for athletes, coaches, college students, or anyone passionate about sports and mentoring kids. The camp will focus on Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, and Flag Football.
Requirements
- Experience playing or coaching sports preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Enjoy working with children
- Reliable and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist lead coaches with drills, games, and instruction
- Help create a positive, fun, and safe camp environment
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation
- Supervise campers during activities and transitions
- Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment
- Keep campers engaged and active throughout the day
