About The Position

The Fort Meigs YMCA is seeking a Full Time Sports and Family Director to lead various sports and family programs, organize events, and nurture the youth in the community. This dynamic role allows for leadership and a positive impact on youth. The YMCA of Greater Toledo is a Cause Driven community of collaborative, bold, fun, dedicated individuals focused on guiding, teaching, and protecting children. This role involves planning exciting youth and adult programs, impacting the active lifestyle of youth, and creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years old
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Creativity
• Ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
