The Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for maintaining digital, print, and sponsorship product inventory, researching new sponsorship opportunities, and working with internal departments as well as external vendors to deliver products. The Sponsorship Specialist is also heavily involved with the sponsorship fulfillment team, ensuring proper execution of each sponsorship sold pre-show and onsite. This role involves developing new product offerings, reviewing and improving existing ones, fostering collaboration, evaluating market conditions, identifying future opportunities, and understanding customer needs. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the digital world and have experience in the creation and implementation of a wide range of products and services applicable across the Event Management space. Generating reports and providing updates to Senior Leadership is also a key part of the role.
