Bisnow is seeking a Regional B2B Business Sales Manager to join their team. This is a player/coach role focused on selling and developing a team. The role involves managing an established book of business and growing it, with a future leadership component of coaching and developing sellers. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3-4 days per week in the Houston office and 1-2 days remotely. The role is designed for someone who excels in sales and enjoys building and mentoring others. The position requires becoming an expert in various aspects of the business, including CRE knowledge, local market expertise, Bisnow products and processes, sales skills, KPIs, and company mission, vision, and values.
