SPOC Relationship Specialist
About The Position
The SPOC Relationship Specialist manages consumer collection activities and controls loan and delinquency loss, while complying with state regulations, bank policies and processes. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies to improve collection activities; managing consumer collection activities for various kinds of direct/indirect loans and delinquencies, including but not limited to portfolio loans, installment loans and overdrafts. This role also involves managing the hiring, performance, and development of collection staff. The specialist will oversee collection activities and processes, ensuring that all collection-related tasks comply with state laws and regulations and bank policies and processes. Additionally, they will provide forecasting reports of loss to executive-level management and control and minimize loss.
