Requirements
- 5+ years expert-level Splunk Architect experience
- Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology
- Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience
- Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts
- Thorough knowledge of regular expressions
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
- Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
- Associates degree

Responsibilities
- Work with large-scale applications network architectures monitoring and fault management
- Develop application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace
- Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope Glassbox Catchpoint
- Use ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow
- Exposure to both Windows and Linux Systems
- Work with AGILE toolsets JIRA BitBucket Confluence and AGILE methodology
- Drive vendors system admins and others to deliver solutions together
- Implement innovative technology solutions
