About The Position

Vanguard is seeking a skilled Splunk Dashboard Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights from Department-level operational data. The developer will work closely with NT leadership and operators to translate mission requirements into real-time, scalable, and visually intuitive dashboards. This role is considered hybrid and may require onsite work in Springfield, VA and Beltsville, MD.

Requirements

• Splunk dashboard development using SPL (Search Processing Language) and Dashboard Studio / Simple XML.
• Optimization of dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability with large data sets.
• Collaboration with leadership, engineers, operators, and stakeholders.
• Assistance in data modeling, reporting, and access control configuration.
• Support for documentation and training for dashboard users.

Responsibilities
