Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing capacity.
• Experience and working knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and splice synthetic rope using basic hand tools to produce recovery ropes, tow ropes, soft shackles, and winch lines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they follow exact specifications in order to maintain quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
