About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality broadband and managed network services directly to our rural customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for field operations, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional service across our product suite, including managed routers, camera security, and outdoor wireless systems.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (technical background preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings

Responsibilities

Perform field installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for residential and business broadband accounts, including running cables, wiring jacks, and provisioning equipment.
Set up and optimize high-end managed routers, Arlo indoor and outdoor security cameras, and extended outdoor Wi-Fi coverage solutions.
Educate customers on product features, helping them seamlessly connect their devices (e.g., cell phones, tablets, smart home systems) while building trust and long-lasting community relationships.
Work closely with cross-functional technical teams and help desks to diagnose and resolve complex network or signal issues efficiently.
Complete daily field documentation, work orders, and inventory tracking with care, precision, and accuracy.
