About The Position

As a Spinning Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring spinning machinery to ensure smooth production of fiber products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to adapt to evolving production demands, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency. You will coordinate closely with your team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize output and quality.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine operation quickly.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing or spinning operations is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Safely operate spinning machines according to established protocols and safety standards.
Monitor machine performance, adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and production targets.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment functioning.
Inspect fiber products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Record and report production data accurately and timely for performance tracking.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement process improvements and adapt to changes in production schedules.
Follow all company policies, especially related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
