Position Overview Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our Highlands Ranch office in Fall 2027. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon with a strong interest and experience in spinal deformity and complex spine reconstruction. The incoming surgeon will join a collaborative spine team within a fully integrated orthopedic practice that provides advanced surgical care and access to state-of-the-art surgical and rehabilitation facilities. The practice supports a broad spine case mix including: • Adult spinal deformity and complex spine reconstruction • Degenerative cervical, thoracic, and lumbar conditions • Minimally invasive spine surgery • Spinal decompression and fusion procedures • Revision spine surgery and complex pathology Candidates with advanced training or experience in spinal deformity are strongly encouraged to apply. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated orthopedic spine surgeon who: • Has completed fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery • Has a strong interest or expertise in spinal deformity and complex reconstruction • Demonstrates excellent technical skills and sound clinical judgment • Values collaboration within a multidisciplinary orthopedic environment • Is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care This position offers access to a strong referral base, shared call responsibilities, and the opportunity to develop a high-volume spine practice within a respected and established orthopedic group.
