About The Position

VB Spine is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Spine Sales Associate in Chicago, IL. This role involves supporting surgical teams by preparing and managing spinal instrumentation and implants. The associate will gain in-depth knowledge of spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through comprehensive training and hands-on experience. Key responsibilities include managing logistics and inventory within hospital accounts, ensuring successful surgical case coverage through attentiveness and responsiveness, and collaborating with surgeons, hospital staff, and the internal team to provide exceptional service. The role requires representing VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
4+ years of military service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule

Responsibilities

Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants
Learn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure
Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts
