About The Position
Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)/Speech Therapist to provide services to our geriatric patients in the Oakland, FL area. We specialize in helping older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and age in place with dignity. This PRN position offers flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive therapy team. We value your clinical judgment and welcome both new licensed graduates and experienced therapists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy
- Active Florida SLP license

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR
